Below is a list of criteria that must be met in order for a snapshot proposal and vote to be valid. All of the below criteria must be satisfied.

Snapshot Proposal Criteria:

• You must be holding at least 5 $RTARD NFTs to post to snapshot.

• The voting period must be a minimum of 24 hours.

• Votes need to have met a quorum of 150 votes of the circulating 420 supply
